At Candle Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring fragile components like glass jars and fragrance oils are well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
